Questions about the MOSI app

A subscription/membership to the MOSI app costs 99kr/month.

As a new user, you can access all content free of charge for 7 days. 

If you don't want to continue using the app after the free period, you don't have to do anything.

If you have forgotten or need a new password to log in to the MOSI app, follow these steps;

  1. Click on Log in
  2. Click on Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address and click on Reset your password
  4. Wait for the code to be sent to your email, then enter the code in the field below. OTP
  5. Enter a new password and confirm it.
  6. Sure.

Note that it is important to wait for the OTP code. Do not leave the screen in the meantime.

If you cannot access the content of the MOSI app even though you have purchased a subscription/membership, there may be a technical error when your subscription/membership was registered.

We have noticed that this has happened in some cases for users with iPhone
