About the course

Post-covid is common and considered our new national disease. Knowledge within the health care system and society is limited and needs to increase in order to provide help and support to all those affected. The course aims to give you increased knowledge of the condition postcovid and its subgroups as well as in-depth and specific knowledge of the application of MediYoga as a rehabilitation method for postcovid. A valuable course in the meeting with postcovid patients. The course is also useful for those who meet patients with other post-infectious conditions such as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME).

Approach:

The course is conducted remotely with two mandatory meetings. Between the sessions, you work on assignments and your own training.

Aims and objectives:

The goal of the course is that you who meet individuals with postcovid learn to adapt MediYoga training for the patient group. And gain theoretical knowledge based on the latest research on the condition and its subgroups.
